NH PASRR

We're here to help.

Individuals with mental illness, intellectual disability, or a related condition have special protections in federal law to ensure that long-term services and supports are provided in the right setting to meet their individual needs.

The Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) program provides protections that align with federal and state obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure that individuals with mental illness, intellectual disability or a related condition are served in the least restrictive setting.

Acentra Health, formerly Kepro, provides PASRR services that deliver reliable, timely and clinically-valid PASRR recommendations and determinations that protect the interests of the individual, while ensuring state compliance with federal statutes.

  • Level I screening
  • Level II evaluation
